Quality Guarantee & Return Policy

We offer a 14-day quality guarantee for all orders with any breakage or manufacturing defects. If you encounter any quality issues, please contact us within the warranty period, and we will provide a replacement. Please note that color differences caused by monitor settings or slight variations in photo retouching are not considered quality issues.

Refunds are typically processed within 3-7 business days after we receive the returned items. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is complete. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement.

If you would like to return an item for personal reasons, such as the style not being to your liking or the size not fitting, please reach out to us within 15 days of receiving the item for a return or exchange. Kindly note that replacement products cannot be returned.
